Growing up FAST!

Big brother is training in ROTC and still continuing his CAP program. Yes that is double training for a future military life.
Monkey is still full of energy and fully potty trained. He is crazy about trains and cars. We have parking lots and train tracks everywhere!
Doodle bug is growing way to fast. He has lost all his baby and is headed full into toddler.
Mom is busy chasing boys and cleaning up the daily mess. I love the new words and skills. I will not lie I really miss the baby life.
Dad is working steady for a great company. We are trying to get ready to buy a house..God willing.
So keep us in your prayers. We have lots to look forward to!

God's Restoration Services

I always thought God restored hearts, lives and attitudes. That was my greatest shock to see how much he cares for the minor details in our days.
We had a cracked window for 6 months... as summer warmed up we finally scheduled for a repair ( only $45 ). On that fine day Monkey ate my birth control and our A/C died. I think 30 years for any machine is a long time but we longed for cool air again. The repairs were a great cost but not much less than a new unit. With our horrid credit we decided we could slowly pay off a new unit. The company had no payment plans. We almost laughed! Seriously we have saved every penny and lived life with no play money for years! We prayed that God would protect us from the heat. It cooled off at night enough that the house stayed decent & our portable ac kept the upstairs able to sleep ! 7 days we fretted, sweated and prayed.
God had an amazing plan. A friend of ours paid to have the whole thing replaced. They said they were glad to help and to praise God they could!
So praise God!

In case the Lord has not taken your breath away lately....
Last summer we had a car repossesed... replaced with a $400 car that runs great!
Dad worked some last year but was off enough to really see his boys growing!
Our A/C went out and the Lord brought a family willing to pay for a new one.
Our hearts are broken to the kindness and wopeness to Gods will for our family.
I pray your life will be changed as well by our Awesome Jesus!

Hot Hot Arizona Summer

Dad has continued to work. Mom is trying to diet and exercise... yuck! Nothing like being sore and hungry. Bubba is marching into high school with a strong outlook from his civil air patrol program. Monkey is slowly potty training. Doodle is loud and precious in the same heartbeat. We swim daily. With at least 4 months left in summer the pool has already warmed up. It is great to jump in but the refreshed feeling is passing quickly!

Summer Whirlwind

Dad has a great job.. 60 hours a week. Pray for him ... he is so tired daily and only gets one day of rest. Mom and the boys are adjusting to a ghost dad. Even when he is home he is such a zombie. Moms car was repo'd this week and just before they took it we found a great offer for an old beater. Hoping life will settle soon. Knowing God is providing for us greatly now.

Dad is going back to work!

So maybe it was a week of four sickos with strep... maybe it was the strains of two boys fighting over everything in sight. Truly God has blessed Dad with a place to be during the day haha. We are thankful the job he desired has come through. He starts on Monday and he will be working 4 tens so we will start to have outings again on Friday mornings... yeah!

We are all on the mend bodily, financially and spiritually. We both felt we should have been stronger people through this but we have faith that God knows our hearts and blesses us anyway!
